The Challenge

Reproductive medicine is held back on two fronts. Clinically, manual data entry, subjective embryo grading, a lack of predictive diagnostics and daily in-clinic monitoring drive inefficiency and inconsistency. For patients, fertility journeys are overwhelming — full of uncertainty, stress and conflicting advice, with no 24/7 access to trustworthy guidance, especially during the anxious nights of IVF.

Our Approach

We built FertilyAI as a single platform serving both audiences. For providers: a clinical command centre with AI risk stratification, standardised AI-assisted embryo grading, IVF success probability scoring, and FHIR/HL7-native, white-label SDK integration that deploys directly into existing hospital networks. For patients: an AI RAG assistant grounded in verified clinical knowledge for 24/7 symptom triage, predictive cycle tracking, and secure sharing of longitudinal health data — all HIPAA-compliant and end-to-end encrypted.
